We arrived in Newcastle right on schedule on Thursday around noon and picked up the rental car.
The weather was pretty fair, cold but at least not raining.
For once, Hertz came through with a better car than the one I ordered.
Friday night was a complete success, a total surprise for all concerned.
Of course the dancing queen was having the time of her life.
A minor problem in the hotel, was that the refrigerator did not work.
So a redneck refrigerator was required.
Finally on Saturday, Billy the maintenance man brought a replacement. Problem solved.
