Yesterday we went to Krems on the boat from Emmersdorf.
The weather was cool to start but soon brightened up.
The ride down the Danube was great, lots of castles and vineyards to see.
The river was, as they say Mississippi, too thick to drink and too thin to plow.
It was about 78 degrees in Krems.
We walked around the old part of the town which was walled around and had a beer in "Hole in the wall bar"
We met some guys on scooters who were touring the area. Some of them were real vintage machines from the early sixties.
More soon about our ride from Emmersdorf to Villach.
